Bought A Copy Of Mordant's Need

Post by Rhebeqah »

It's been over twenty years since I last read "Mordant's Need" and it's sadly out of print on the UK though I was able to find a second-hand omnibus edition. My goodness! I'd forgotten how big each of these novels were. Combined in a single book? A ginormous tome! I want to re-read MN so needs must. Wish me luck.

That would be a big book indeed...but an excellent read!

You're in for a great treat, as you discover how much better MN is upon re-reading, and at a 'wiser' age as well.

E-readers are the great leveler of hefty tomes. War and Peace is no more of a burden than Gildenfire.

Enjoy, Rhebeqah!

MN is easily, for me, SRD's most enjoyable work after the Chronicles.

And we have some new fantasy novelettes from SRD to look forward to later this year!

Ah, but a hefty tome has something to be said for it as well. :D A certain gravitas perhaps... ;)

I'll probably be rereading MN too soon.
