Who are they?

I think Luke hasn't begun to realize his full potential. We may never know how powerful he may have become in some future time.

In terms of potential, Anakin wins the votes. He was made form the Force afterall...

We may find that is a load of crap.
Anakin didn't realize his full potetial. He had a fatal flaw that his son didn't have. We don't know how powerful Luke will become. We know exactly how far Anakin got.

Yeah I agree. Anakin is a complete dipstick.

Well, Lord Revan, I think the Dipstick Syndrome has affected all the prequel movies so far. But I'm still hoping for good things from Episode III. Even I get tired of dumping on Lucas.

More powerful than you can imagine, Yoda is.

But like Obi and Anakin, we've seen the limit of his strength. Luke's future has yet to be written. He could end up with godlike powers in the distant future. Or is is past?

Yes, I wonder about Luke's future powers as well. I'm sure all the novels that involve events after ROTJ have their own spin on Luke, but I just can't be bothered to read them all--there are sooo many of them.
Godlike powers in a distant future? Hmmm, maybe Luke will become like the Qwisatz Haderach in Dune, a superbeing? That would be very interesting...

Dang, MM. That is pretty much what I was thinking. Not too shabby.

Well, if he becomes a giant worm, will he go back to Tatooine?

I think ROdAN might be onto something here...

Darth Sidious (Or however you spell his name) was more powerful than Yoda... He killed nearly 10 thousand Jedi with Vader...

Was he more powerful than Yoda or more ruthless? The good guys are always constricted by their moral coda. The bad guys can do pretty much whatever they want. I think its far more difficult to be the good guy. It takes far more effort. I feel that I need to point this out again. We've seen the limit of what the Emperor could do. We still have yet to see the extent of Luke's powers. IMHO

Now, now. Lets not resort to name calling. Luke isn't here to defend himself. If he was we'd all have to agree he is the most powerful.
