I like it very much.

What is the thing on the tree that looks like a sash about it's waist?

Also, what does "I went with" mean? Are these part of some exciting project?

Hello, the sash is just a growth scar. This picture i was making for my mate he was the one that gave me TCOTC audio books and was crazy bout them. He always hated my pictures but we did talk about me doing some fan art for the series. I was doing this pic for him when he passed away. I finished it and gave to his partner.

(Sorry for your loss. That sounds like the kind of story that a Giant might encourage you to tell - but I will not.)

Why the grass or whatever? I thought it was pretty clear that there was nothing else in the cavern BUT the One Tree.

"And yet it had no leaves. Perhaps it had always been leafless. The bare stone was unmarked by any mold or clutter which might have come from the One Tree. Every branch and twig was stark, unwreathed. They would have looked dead if they had not been so vivid with light. The Tree's massive roots had forced their way into the floor with gigantic strength, breaking the surface into jagged hunks with the roots embraced with the intimacy of lovers."

Beautiful picture, but I agree with bikebryan that there should be no grass.

What's grass got to do with it!

I was asking if anyone thinks The One Tree is upside down.
What we are seeing - which is no reflection on the beautiful
and the atmospheric picture that Phillip has no doubt spent
a great deal of time and effort into creating - are actually the roots of The Tree.

Although, :shifty: shouldn't there be a doorway in the tree trunk?

Nah, that's in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, I think.
