The show? Did you have an unrelated revelation of some kind? Just wanted to post a new thread? What?

Good show. It lead me to invent the term "Captain Obvious." Not that anyone ever believes me, but...

Maybe he belched?

I liked the show--liked Sliders better. Like QL less since Backula has made a mockery of Roddenberry... :?

Okay. If we're talking about the show, what I saw of it I liked some of the time and was bored other times. Anything with a sci fi slant is going to get my attention. I just hated when the female narrator at the beginning of each episode sounded like she was going to cry whe she would say the last word. "Home." Waaaaaaaah!! Boo hoo. :)

yes the show, maybe my "oh boy" was too subtle (it is the line that sam says at the beggining/end of each show)

I have to agree with Cromas. The commercials were spectacular; at least, compared with the show.

Awsome shot. Great acting for a sci-fi production at the time. Mind you, back then sci-fis were not at all taken seriously by audience or actors as they are today. I liked how the actors didn't act as if they thought the idea of their show was stupid or silly (aka Star Treck and Logun's Run). And it had a really awsome ending!!

Although a very sad one :/

I thought the premise was great, but the execution was limited. By that I mean that the time-frame that Sam kept jumping back to was so small - what was it, fifties and sixties? I would have preferred a much larger time-scale for more diversified and entertaining plots.

I believe there were larger jumps. In one of the last episodes he ended up in 1860s and in another one he was in the "distant future" of 1999 :D

What the...? Back when? Didn't this show aire only ten years ago? Frankly, it was shows like this that I didn't take seriously, not the genre. BTW, it's spelled "Trek".

Actually, this show is why I don't watch the current Star Trek. I developed such a dislike for the actor I no longer can watch his work.

What a shock, dAN. You've been expressing your feelings about Scott Bakula for quite some time. To each his own. I don't mind the guy.

Ever notice that Scott Bakula rhymes with Count Dracula? That's because they both suck!
