So the other day I discovered this little F2P gem.

Gameplay is run-n-gun, though the level designs don't let you take advantage of the maneuverability of your character. The game itself consists entirely of raids, with very little overworld stuff (you have a tiny ship which replaces the menu system, and there are occasional city-type nodes where you interact with other players).

While it is firmly in the "freemium" camp (everything in the game is free if you're willing to grind & farm, but you can pay to unlock individual items) things are actually priced such that I could see myself paying them now & then.

Well hey there fellow Tenno!

The Void is great, and brings grofit to us all!

I got into this in a big way when some co-workers picked it up, and even started a clan for them. Been main lining Valkyr Prime despite having other options... She doesn't have the survivability of Inaros, but pretty damn close. Plus, she's immune to nullifiers, so... Yeah. Ultimate frame.

Let me know if you want to go Eidolon hunting as I need quill standing to guild my zaws.

I quit playing a while back when they changed it from "grind when you want as you do the parts you enjoy," to "you have to grind on a regular basis doing randomly assigned activities."

Every now and then I think about going back to it to see what's new, but... Nah. It's too much like a job now.

Yeah, I hate that. :D

Inevitable consequence of grinding I guess.

I don't usually on a first play-through, but if I replay, I want my guy(s) up there asap.
