This film was critically well recieved, but for me did not work it. It seemed to be one sucession of launces after another, each of which was preceeded by a lot of shouting and bullying and walking round at a fast pace while doing it. This, in the eyes of the commentators made it a high tension drama but to me made it a noisy lot of not very much. The family drama was thrown in so that in the end Jobs could come out as a 'nice-guy despite everything' [or somesuch] but again, was just a distraction for me from something I wasn't very interested in anyway. Fasbender was ok . I'm struggling to think if anything interesting came out of it at all.........Nope! I guess not.

Why do studios make biopics about people who are unimportant?

I might agree with you Hashi, on Jobs importance - but one person who shure as hell wouldn't have was Jobs himself. But at one point in the film one of his associates asked him in a puzzled voice "What is it you actually do?", so I guess not everyone would have agreed with him!

Well, of course everyone is important to themselves. Biopics about corporate executives, though, are a waste of time and money.
