Deer of the dawn can't even... (help needed please)

Hi folks! Somehow I got logged out of my account and can't log in again. I've used the "forgot password" link several times and I never get the email (and yes, I have the right account; when I tried to register again it told me there was already an account linked to that email).
Can someone help a sister out here?
