Disney in talks to buy Fox film and Television

It is being reported that Disney and Fox executives have recently been in talks about a possible sale of some Fox properties including the Fox film and parts of its television division, excluding news and sports.
Seeing Disney grow even larger doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling however one aspect of this possible sale does excite me.
The Fantastic Four and X-Men would return home to Marvel.
The MCU's Phase 4 plan could change considerably if The X men and FF were integrated.
Which might also mean I would possibly get a proper FF film after all of these years of suffering through misguided crap.
Make it happen, Fox.
