I'm fine with waiting, would rather have as many people as possible.
Just speaking for myself, I would say I feel:
Also, thing I forgot to tell you, Av... people want us to invite SRD!
(I forget who we are planning to ask to invite him.. )
And if SRD is up for it, I'm pretty sure we're going to have to do some degree of planning around his schedule.
I like this plan!(And y'know, there's no reason we can't also have a recurring video chat on a regular basis, and whoever is free at the time can just pop in?)
I'm all in!

I'm all for this too. it great to virtually meet those who attended. The smaller gathering was manageable (I'm keen for the larger one too, but that would have to be managed ).Avatar wrote: (And y'know, there's no reason we can't also have a recurring video chat on a regular basis, and whoever is free at the time can just pop in?)

It was a lot of fun and a great credit to Linna who facilitated the hook-up really well
I am definitely in cuz so fun to see those that made it.
Can I ask that we settle on a medium ... I have so many different accounts now lol zoom, google-meet, and am ok to get another but we will probably need to give people enough lead time to get the ap, ensure it works and as Av says plan for it.
keep smiling

YES.Avatar wrote:So, should we have a Discord for the Watch?
Who will make it, you, I, or someone else?
I want to start adding emojis! (Okay; not really, but I want there to -be- a collection of hilarious, Land-themed emojis.)
"People without hope not only don't write novels, but what is more to the point, they don't read them.
They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
The way to despair is to refuse to have any kind of experience, and the novel, of course, is a way to have experience."
-Flannery O'Connor
"In spite of much that militates against quietness there are people who still read books. They are the people who keep me going."
-Elisabeth Elliot, Preface, "A Chance to Die: The Life and Legacy of Amy Carmichael"

Haha, Might as well be me I guess. Unfortunately the emojis from the Watch do not do well on Discord, they're too small. We would have to custom make them or at least try re-make them bigger. (Also no animated ones unless you have a subscription.
Lemme mess around, I'll post an invite at some point.
