Why couldn't you roll like that when I was in bed with The Fox?!
Do I need to point out that Bela has 0 Finesse? ;)

LOL!!!

By the way - note that I edited my most recent move. I had to reread your post to understand what was going on. I got my characters mixed up for a minute.

Reminder: A 10+ roll is a success, without any surprises or costs attached.

Feels a little awkward going through a scene knowing StevieG is probably asleep right now. Just have to do our best I guess.

(Richard Slade dreams he has just woken up in Australia  )

It was good to read the scene just to understand how the game works. So, if you want to use a move or something, do you need to specify it explicitly?

If you want to do something you think will need a roll, you can say that. Or you can just say what you're doing and let me intervene if I think it'll need rolling. Just try not to assume outcomes of actions before I say anything and you'll probably be fine.

Not representative of the actual carriages, but for a sense of scale.

Can we assume we're all aware, and raise our voices when need be? The beginning was to whoever was near enough to hear. After the sigh, I raised my voice.

I have to apologise, I think I've been a little too rigid in my approach to some stuff and haven't engaged with what you're trying to do as well as I could have. I don't want to go back and retcon a whole conversation but I'm going to be more flexible and meet you on your own terms as much as I can going forward.

I'll do a better job of making my intentions known. I know what I'm thinking. Seems to me everybody else should, too.

Caam had internet troubles yesterday. Don't know how today will go. Mr G, you around?

Yep, I'm here :D

I must say I'm really enjoying it so far - I know you and Caam and Murrin are all old hands at this, so you probably have something to compare it to. Some of those archived games look quite epic. But I do enjoy waking up every morning to see what has happened!
