Today had a temporary crown and a temporary bridge put in. Now I have a headful of three.

My left knee, hurting for the last two weeks, actually started to feel better after reading this thread. But I'm betting that's because I've gotten a new chair that doesn't require me to bend my knees so tightly while sitting, allowing the body's characteristic recuperating system to take care of pain. Maybe I'd better not overthink it.
