Amazon.uk now has a Oct. 13 2022 date listed for The Killing God; a year later than was indicated a few months back. This can't be good news. Perhaps Gollanz is getting cold feet. Other sites are listing the same date as well.

On the one hand, the date is often very incorrect until the book is imminent.
On the other hand, if they are all moving it out, this may mean something.

I am not going to read too much into it because reading tea leaves is no substitute for real information. Eventually we will get some news.
