Stonehenge Summer Solstice: Sunset and Sunrise stream
In case anyone is interested, Stonehenge Summer Solstice: Sunrise is going virtual again this year. This link is via Facebook Live, but there may also be a website streaming it. They're also streaming the Stonehenge Summer Solstice: Sunset the night before, although for me here in the Pacific Northwet, the times are more noon and after dinner on the same day.
Last year, both events were anticlimactic, as it was misty and overcast. Here's hoping the weather will be clearer this year.

Back in my college days there used to be an unofficial concert there every year at the time of the solstice. It usually finished with a pitched battle with the police as they desperately tried to stem the open consumption of drugs and attendant antisocial behaviour that occurred.
This seems to have stopped now, and the attendees that remain have become more ....ermm...... spiritually druidic in nature shall we say. A friend of mine was a regular attender until the pandemic struck and will no doubt be watching the event you mention Menolly.
For my part I'm afraid to say that the appeal of my bed at five o clock in the morning outweighs the appeal of the sunrise. Shame on me I know, but we are what we are.......

The truth is a Lion and does not need protection. Once free it will look after itself.
....and the glory of the world becomes less than it was....
'Have we not served you well'
'Of course - you know you have.'
'Then let it end.'
We are the Bloodguard

Got stoned on Stonehenge early one morning as the sun rose over Salisbury Plain. Little guy with a peaked cap came over the plain shouting we weren't supposed to be there.
"Don't be ridiculous" we said. "Be off with you." He humphed and went away. Those were the days!
