Right?
I'm pretty sure I preordered it months ago.
I think.

Got mine today. At 686 pages it has more pages than any other hard back book published by Donaldson so far (excluding the omnibus editions). But it's not the thickest. My copies of The Mirror of Her Dreams and A Man Rides Through are thicker - they use thicker paper (Ballantine Books hardback).
So now I can finally start reading Seventh Decimate! I've been waiting until I had all the books in the series.

Ordered my copy yesterday. Finished "The War Within" last night as I couldn't remember the back story. Perhaps I will still be able to remember the first two books when "The Killing God" arrives.

I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order!
