I went out to the theater this week to watch Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. I was never a big D&D player in the day, but the reviews were good and so were the previews.

It was a good time, it didn't take itself too seriously, like a lot of fantasy movies seem to do. Maybe about 15 minutes too long, but the story otherwise was good; the actors seemed to be having a good time. If you get a chance to see it, you should.

The previews did look good. My wife and I are going to go see it.....she just doesn't know that yet

It's good to spring little surprises on your spouse now and then. Keeps the mystery in the relationship.

Wife and I are at the movies...starts in 15... I will let you know how it is.

Edit to add. It was a fun movie and I enjoyed watching it. Not anything highbrow and a bit predictable at times but thoroughly enjoyable.

Julie knows just a little about D&D. I played and dm'd. we both enjoyed the movie. it was some fun fluff.
