Since the last Simpsons Trivia was locked I'll start a new one. But in this one,
please don't post unless you are asking or answering questions. If the post is inane Darth will delete it
So, starting off where the last one left off:
What happened to Jay Sherman when he told Patty and Selma that McGyver was gay?

They stripped him down to his underwear and left him hanging from the eavestrough.

You are correct dANimal. Now what is your question.

As a mod, also, of this forum, I can say that Darth won't be deleting or locking threads unless we both of are agreement to do so. I'm against his locking of the previous thread because as in ever other thread they eventually go back on topic.

Not to mention that when the do go off topic, Darth is always involved.

Now, this is not to say that I dislike going off-topic. In fact, I personally love it. And I love Darth for his ability to do it so well, even if he doesn't do it much any more. I also like pies. But, Darth has the responsibility here of keeping us on target, and as a fellow administrator, I would like to have my judgements at least accepted, if not outright respected, and I wish it to be known that I respect Darth for making what I'm sure was a difficult decision for the greater good of KW.
As for my question: With the help of a radio talk show host, Mayor Quimby was pressured into releasing Sideshow Bob from prison. Who was that talk show host?

that was a parody of Rush Limbaugh. His name was Birch Barlow. All of the Sideshow Bob episodes are killer!

Please keep the multi-page chats down to a minimum.

Since dAN has verbally confirmed the accuracy of my answer, I will pose the next question.
When Homer tried to be an inventor, which of his inventions did he use on Marge?

The chair with the legs that prevent you from falling back? Or the automatic hammer?

Sorry LF. Its like you danced right over the one I'm looking for. Homer demonstrated all of his inventions to the family, but he only used one directly on Marge. If I say any more I'd be telling. You clearly know the episode.

I can't exactly remember... Is it something to do with make-up? Done by a shot gun.
What numbers does Marge usually pick for the lottery?

You are correct, sir! Bravo! One of my favorite gags. "Wait, I'll go get the cold cream gun."

The kid's birthdays and anniversaries?

They feature in the episode when the dog needs an operation...and the news guy Kent something or other wins the lottery... and Marge picks the same numbers every week... but, because of the need to cut back on money to afford the operation for the dog... she doesn't get her ticket... and would have won if it were not for the dog needing the operation...

Ugh, I can picture the episode, but I really don't know. No one has gotten it for awhile now, perhaps a new question is in order?

I'm guessing you are pretty much right LF. I remember the family all sitting around the table or something and marge is asking and deciding on lottery numbers. She does mention birthdays so you are correct. Of course I say this in DD's absence. You should ask the next question.

Alright then... What play does Marge get the lead in?

I believe that was A Streetcar Named Desire.

What did Bart ask Sideshow to sing before he was about to kill him in the episode "Cape Feare"?
