OK folks, Elohimfest is almost 2 months away (June 26th) so over the next month we need to confirm who's really going and who's not (if you just found out about this it's not to late to come-see details in the Elohimfest topic at the beginning of this forum). I am going to send out PM invitations/comfirmations out to you in 3 waves starting next week. The second wave will go out around May 15th and the last around June 10th.

17 (poss 19) people, altogether, make up the 1st wave-these are folks, who as of now, have totally confirmed that they will be attending. These folks are set to receive a PM of the intinerary, restaurant location and phone number and my address and phone number (within a week):

I know that some folks like Infelice, Dromond and Earthblood really want to come but that their lives right now are so busy that they may not make it-please keep us updated guys! We will definitely be there, without the children. My mom has graciously confirmed that she will keep them for the trip.
Due to financial restraints, we're still not sure where we'll be staying, but we'll try to have something worked out so we can let y'all know before the end of May at the very latest. We'll sleep in the car if we have to, but we'll BE THERE!!

I made reservations at that one hotel Duchy mentioned months ago. And I was going to rent a car at the airport...Just need directions to the meeting places.

It's just going to be me and baby Stephen. I hope it will be alright to bring the baby to the dinner and so forth? If not, I could ask the hotel about babysitting...

I would like to be added to the CONFIRMED list. I may have two guests, but unfortunately, I cannot confirm them yet. They won't be able to tell me for sure until next month.

One other thing -- for those who will be joining the group to the overnight trips to the Grand Canyon and Canyon de Chelly National Parks -- please make your reservations ASAP. I cannot state that firmly enough. They are very popular destinations and you need to get your rooms early.

Ok Amok I'll add you to the list just PM me about your quest asap-I need to let the restaurant know the capacity-Just so we're clear: We're all pitching in for SRD's dinner and we're all paying for our own meals at 18% gratuity. I am already picking up 2 to 3 people at the airport but I can arrange for more.

Yup, I'm still planning to be there -- solo for dinner, though I'll probably drag my kids along to the Sunday morning thingie.

It took me some time to find decent airfare. Finally, my boss (who I had no idea was helping me look!) emailed me about www.americawest.com/default.asp
After tax, mine came to $275.40. That was significantly better than anything else I'd found, so I'm there!

I am definitely coming! It will definitely be me and my 3 kids. Right now the plan is tentative to drive and camp. Any campground recommendations? I don't want to drive alone with 3 kids, so I will have a friend or my parents with me. As the plans become more verified I will update. My single dad friend would like to go since he is used to driving while pulling a camper. If he comes with me he will most likely have his 2 kids with him. If my dad is the one that comes with me, we will have my Alzhiemer's mom with us. Personally... I would prefer the 5 kids lol. Don't worry... the kids are much easier than my mom and they are sweet, charming and polite. Not that I am biased in any way.
