Ok, so my list might not be as vast as the previous ones (posted by the musical gods, if you will, of KW--Sylvanus and LF), but I am still finding new bands that I like and exploring my musical tastes so here it goes...

Sonic Youth, VERY experimental punk-alt band...a lotta instrumentals

Good list. Haven't heard too much of Neil's work, myself, but the soundtrack work he did for Dead Man was amazing.

This list has the most I agree with out of all the recommendations so far. You got good taste.

Syl-- I wanna buy one of his Live Rust albums first. "My My Hey Hey" is seriously an awesome song.

Live Rust is a double CD-it's very well produced and it will rock yer socks off! Along with My, My, Hey, Hey it has all sorts of great songs like Powerfinger, Pocahantus, Welfare Mothers and Hey, Hey, My, My along with classic Neil hits!
