Having taken the test, I would say that, in general, it's pretty close to being right.

Not too sure about mine. I work permanent off shifts, and always feel like hell warmed over in the morning...the test said I should feel most tired about 4-5PM...but I am usually wide awake and quite happy then...
But I do admit to taking naps on my days off about that time...

The most sleepy point of my day is 4.45pm, apparently. My experience would suggest 2.30 is closer to the mark.

You will start to feel noticeably tired at 14:00 and you will feel most tired at 14:00
My sleeping habits of late may have skewed the results a little tho.

The chart pretty much told me I was a lazy git.

14:45 seems to be my time to fade, but im usually eating something then anyway, and rearing to go 15mins later so... bit daft that test was!
