My reply notification has not worked since originally registering yonks ago.

Its checked, and it also shows checked when I post a message. The eMail address is also accurate.

So why don't I be gettin' me no replies?

Anyone know?

Have you tried checking 'Notify me when a reply is posted' when you submit a posting? That might at least show if there's just something wrong with the profile option or with notification in general.

Ah well, I'm here all the time checking for posts anyway, so I suppose its not that rough.

The colour coding of threads with new posts does the trick pretty well.

I got rid of my topic reply notification months ago...I dont check my mail every day, and when I did thered by 60 emails, most were reply notifications, and it was hard to sort between them and the other mail...dont bother w/it.

I know you point, but its just handy when you post on half a dozen boards and don't want to have to keep refreshing them all.

Its no fuss here as I visit very regularly.

(by pink I meant new posts were shown by the color of the little piece of paper being pink)
