Can we have a forum for The Runes?

I was just thinking (perhaps not very wise, but still...) : would it be a good idea to have a separate forum for discussions relating mostly to The last chronicles?
I believe it would make it easier for new members to catch up with what is presently going on. I mean, when the next great work of Mr Donaldson is in the works, then the "Last Chronicles Forum" may be incorporated into the other forums to leave room for this new masterpiece.
Or would a special forum for "recently published works" just make Kevins Watch more confusing to newcommers? Comments?

Yeah, I'm guessing that eventually we'll need a Last Chronicles Forum. Maybe. I'm guessing not until more towards when the book comes out, so people have a chance to talk about what they think about the book in one organized area? Well, I'll think about it. Right now, I don't think there is a need. The problem is, I don't want to spread out and dilute the Thomas Covenant discussion, the heart of the site, too much.-jay

We are discussing chapter 1 in Dissecting the Land and trying to keep it confined there. I know it's one topic and the other related "Runes" topics are starting to run over the TC discussion. Actually Dissecting is starting to become so big that we may need 3 subforums for each section of the Chonicles, or at least another for the Final Chrons...

Well, the book is out now, so why not start the forum?

Sigh
You know ...
Just ... ** sigh **
I guess if you sit on an erupting volcano, you're gonna get your butt burned. (hey - I should write that down!)
I just wish we could have posted the cover art on the official site before it leaked out through other avenues. That is the Whelan cover, by the way.

its a publisher violation to sell your arc so if someone sends an email it will be taken down. And while its a good book its not so good to cheat to get it =-)
I would like a fourm to talk with other people who have an arc though. This book has alot to discuss.
And i doubt that the current title or cover will be the final ones. At least i hope not.

Two seperate emails were sent to SRD this morning and SRD has forwarded that info to his publishers.

I see that an eBay user named "danomite" is the top bidder, currently . . . Perhaps
Foulomite might weigh in, eh? Unless, that is, I soon find myself in an interrogation room, SRD staring me down whilst flanked by cops.

SRD: "As you can see, Mr. Foul, we've had our eye on you for quite some time now..." (rummages through scrapbook of surveillance photos)
Sorry, LF, I couldn't resist.

Wouldn't it sort of be against the whole ethical basis of the Covenant books to buy/sell an advance copy on eBay? In other words:
What Would Covenant Do?
(with apologies to any WWJD fans out there...)

Apology accepted.
