Multiple Windows OPen Upon Closing A Thread !!!!!

It has happened to me twice within a one week period, and so far has only happened while at the watch.(which from my post count shows isn't where I have been spending most of my internet time lately)
But Today I closed out of ONe Word Story and had 37 windows of the same pop back up at me.
Last week I had closed out of a thread and had over 100 Open up.
Am I the only one who has had this problem ?

Hey!! It happened on danlo's computer last night!!! I think I was on the main Index page, and I closed the window. It was the only window open at the time. And suddenly windows were popping up faster than I could count! Certainly a hundred, if not two!

Your both mad. Either that, or something is wrong with your computers... I wouldn't be suprised at any mess ups reported on Danlo's computer... the amount of times he's complained about it...

even Fist and Birdy said it sucked.
TRC... your computer must suck.

I never asked anyone to bring my poor little comp into this conversation-if mine sucks that's my prob and my choice to say it sucks...no one else's!

I'm reporting Darth to SPCC! And Fist and Bird as culpable accesories!

(how many times do I have to tell Darth: what goes on in chat is not admissible on the board!)

Yes it has. You just can't notice it past your spelling mistakes.

My money would be on a malicious piece of adware or spyware, rather than any pop-ups being associated with KW itself.
Try running
Ad-Aware and/or
SpyBot. If that doesn't work, get yourself a pop-up blocker. The
Google Toolbar is my favourite.
