I said Minick, he seems very sweet and loyal, but I think I would be happy with any of the Sons of the Domne, other than Nyle (would have too many issues after what is done to him in AMRT) and Stead (who needs a sex addict?).

I had to go with Artagel. He's not just a talented swordsman, he's also loyal, intelligent, caring, confident and charming. His perserverence and stamina don't hurt his cause either.
