Post all video game-related web sites you frequent here for future reference.

www.ign.com - Been around a long time; I remember when these guys had a simpler layout and a black background. I always check their reviews before making a purchase.

www.gamespy.com - Now merged with IGN. I go here almost as much. Their reviews are good too--as well as the awesome FilePlanet.

www.rpgamer.com/ - Good RPG resource.

www.gamestats.com/

Final Fantasy links:
www.ffonline.com/
www.ffcompendium.com/h/
discover-net.net/~jasonds/ (looks amateur in design, but that's part of the charm; lovingly intricate and invaluable resource of FFVI information; has tons of music files from the game)

www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Arcade/8311/

And, of course, Jay's site :D www.smbhq.com/nc/

Ambrosia Software - The legendary Mac shareware company. Their new titles are ported to windows, and all are available for free download for a 30 day trial period. Most of the games support third-party plugins, which are free and therefore offer unlimited playability. This is how all games companies should be.

I'd urge everyone to Download xfire.
Its a free chat program which also stores the games you play and how much you play them.

www.xfire.com

Add me i'm warmark. 8)

Also there are games forum with this program, they are unmoderated though, and very prone to arguements and flaming.

I just visited Jay's site for the first time. :P
None of the stuff on my page may be copied. Please ask ME, Jay Resop, first before stealing anything off the page. If I find out that you took something, trust me, I'll find out where you are and beat the crap out of you
This was from the copyright bit!

www.FileShack.com - Not strictly a gaming site but if ever you need to download a big patch or addon file, check here first. You need to register but they almost never send you any emails and even on the free service you average 150-200 kbps. Perfect for downloading 350mb WoW patches!

www.the-underdogs.info/

Absolutely incredible site for the older PC games. Games include but are not limited to a number of incredible SHMUPs, Live a Live, Star Controll II, Nine Princes in Amber, a TCTC game, One Must Fall, Gothic, Nethack, Cave Story, Neuromancer, Tactics Ogre LUCT, Carmen San Diego...ok I'm getting tired of listing awesome games.

The one thing I don't get is why Metal Gear Solid (not metal gear though I think that's there too) is part of their archives.
