Hello. It has been far too long, but at least I can claim an excuse--my computer melted. Then, all kinds of other things have happened as well...

--My fiancee had to go to the hospital (anemia mostly, but she's much better now).
--I've started my own online business (www.yourownincome.com if anyone is interested, probably not).
--I've started writing my very own science fiction epic/space opera. Yay! (groups.yahoo.com/group/too_many_moons again if anyone is interested).

But I'm awfully glad to have found Kevin's Watch again, and I'll try not to be a stranger anymore. For those of you who don't remember me, such as members who've joined since I went AWOL, Zahir al Daoud is the name. I'm a Sagitarius born in the Year of the Boar. Make of that what you will. Born in San Francisco, raised in Florida (have been in twelve hurricanes), then went to school in New York City. Currently reside in Los Angeles. I love cats, vampires, Shakespeare, my fiancee Colleen, mythology, quality fantasy and science fiction, good erotica--not in that order. Favorite authors include Donaldson (natch), Tolkien, Card, Martin, Brin, King and Rice.

Segue to boring interlude It's Zahir's fault I am on this board. Now to out him, if one doesn't know he's a Buffy fan, too. He nd I sorta became acquainted on some Buffy groups we have in common, and it happens he and I have very similar sentiments aout the series. Then through Zahir's indirect influence I happned to get regstered at the Hangar, and then I came here. Seems silly and stupid, yeah?

So now that his rep is trashed here. Zahir we have a BtVS thread in the Waymeet that is just waiting for your contribution.
