Oh! This has just got to happen sometime in the Last Chronicles!!! Thomas meets Roger! I, personally, am very much looking forward to it

What a touching family reunion it will be, huh? TC, who's dead; Joan and her resident Raver; and their charming son, Roger....

I think that for sure, Roger will continue to have that cheesy grin he wore when Linden saw him. TC might spend some time trying to make friends with Roger, to make up for his absence from Roger's life during his growing up years -- even though that absence wasn't TC's fault. (Goodness knows, if there's a miniscule shred of guilt around in any given situation, TC will assume it's his and beat himself up over it....) Hopefully he'll eventually realize that Roger's crazy/possessed, and nuke him.

Yes, this will be interested to see...While TC may try to reason with Roger, I certainly doubt Roger is capable of being redeemed. Joan, on the other hand, might have a chance yet! In terms of the Gap series, I see Roger as more of a Holt Fasner, whereas Joan is a really screwed up Morn...

Still, even if Roger is unredeemable, do you think TC would have it in him to destroy his own son? I don't think he could do it; he'd blame himself too much to treat Roger as anything more than a victim.

That was the first thing I thought when I read Ramen as well.. I have the Swedish names for everything in my head since I read the first two Chronicles in Swedish, so I was a bit... Huh? Then.. Ramen.. Ramen. Aaaah. But yeah. Noodles.

Roger: -Hi, dad!
Thomas: -Hi, son! What's up?
Roger: -Nothin', just chillin! You?
Thomas: -Dead! Bye!
Roger: -Bye!
