The George Bush Virus - Causes your computer to keep looking for viruses of mass destruction.

The John Kerry Virus - Stores data on both sides of the disk and causes
little purple hearts to appear on screen.

The Clinton Virus - Gives you a permanent Hard Drive with NO memory.

The Al Gore Virus - Causes your computer to just keep counting and
re-counting.

The Bob Dole Virus - Makes a new hard drive out of an old floppy.

The Lewinsky Virus - Sucks all the memory out of your computer, then
e-mails everyone about what it did.

The Arnold Schwarzenegger Virus - Terminates some files, leaves, but will
be back.

The Mike Tyson Virus - Quits after two bytes.

The Oprah Winfrey Virus - Your 200 GB hard drive shrinks to 100 GB, then slowly expands to re-stabilize around 350 GB.

The Ellen Degeneres Virus - Disks can no longer be inserted.

The Prozac Virus - Totally screws up your RAM, but your processor doesn't care.

The Michael Jackson Virus - Only attacks minor files

The Lorena Bobbitt Virus - Reformats your hard drive into a 3.5 inch
floppy ... then discards it through Windows

Mmmmm....pop culture viruses... :D

On an entirely off topic note, can anyone tell me what the deal is with the hair on the LOL smiley? It's been bugging me for awhile...

um... it is just hair. Out of all the things you could think of you think about hair on a smily. Oh something comes to mind 'why is the background to this website blue, white and grey colours". Who cares, it is like that because someone throught it would be cool to have hair on the LOL smily.

*shrug* I was just curious why it was the only one. Clearly baldness is the natural state of affairs for the smiley race, but the LOL smiley is either some kind of crazy mutant or has connections to the toupe cartel...or possibly something even more sinister...

If you look at it closely, you will see that it is very anime-ish. I believe it is a Plot of some kind.

i was giving an example of a question Murrin. Does it really matter what colour the site is or what the smilies look like.

...my god, you're right! He must be in cahoots with the Goku look-alike! "Goku" you say? Well, I've been doing my "research," and I've discovered a certain "cartoon character" wielding a similar haircut. Not only that...but he appears to be...

Japanese 8O

Note the striking(ly evil) similarities!

I wouldn't call it solved, but clearly I hijacked the topic when I didn't intend to...so I'll leave it alone...for now. Continue the intellectual debate about various computer viruses!
