I usually pronounce your name "Dill-farmed", sometimes "Delph-armed", or just good ol' "delph" for short. I say keep your name--it's you (at least to me). Maybe just tell us all what the correct pronunciation is.

He explained it somewhere else recently. Turns out I was pronouncing it correctly all along It's D-L-B-pharm-D. The only bit that isn't pronounced as individual letters is "pharm"

Actually, the first time I seen dlbpharmed's name, I had to really
look at it and also came up with how Variol Son sees it.
dlb = initials(?) who works in the medical field (pharmacy?)
ed = and had proper schooling (educated?)

But then again, what do I know...?

That's the way I always read it too - well, either studying PharmD, or already a PharmD.

And if you change your name, how will we recoginze you?!
