Can you understand now why the ending and the protrayal of Callahan in the new Salem's Lot mini series really IRKED me??? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

LOL!!! Okay...

****** SPOILER FOR SALEM"S LOT************

At the end of Salem's Lot, Callahan gets "pricked" by Barlow and made to "drink". He then goes back to the Church and it rejects him, won't let him in. So he goes to the bus station and gets on a bus...hence his story is picked up right there in Wolves.

BUT, in the mini-series, they turn him into a vampire and he MURDERS Matt Burke in the hospital!! And then, Ben Mears and Mark Petrie find him in Chicago I think it is, and murder HIM in the hospital. COMPLETLY WRONG!!!! It really infuriated me.

I take it the people who made the miniseries must not be Dark Tower fans??
