I'm curious about one thing, since there's not much left to buy... Do the wares get restocked? If yes, how often?

A lot of the items are either one-off or have a limited number - the scratch-cards are the only ones which get replaced, I think.

Are there still scratch cards? I sort of gave up on them, since there doesn't seem to be much to buy anymore.
