Has anyone read the Forest House, by Marion Zimmer Bradley? I just got it today. I'd like to know your opinions on it. :)

I think I read that one. Was that one the prequel for Mists of Avalon?? If it's the book I'm thinking of, it was pretty good, but I didn't like it as well as Mists.

I don't like it as much as the Mists, either. :?

I loved The Forest House and other prequels to The Mists of Avalon. Foamy and I have even read a book by Bradley called The Fall of Atlantis, in which the characters are clearly related to characters that come later in the Avalon series.

In fact, we've had fun trying to figure out how all the characters relate and who is the reincarnation of which other character... :)

I used to read quire a bit of MZB.....never really read a bad MZB book. However, newsgroups baffle me. In much the same vein as sms/txt messages 8O

I recently read Priestess of Avalon, another Mists of Avalon prequel, which was published posthumously and co-written by a friend of MZB. I enjoyed it, definitely worth reading.
