I thought it was Velcro that came from the Roswell incident?

No, it was Mylar balloons that came from Roswell,
Velcro came from MiB, and
Teflon was invented by some slick dude.

But aliens DO run the U.S. Goverment.

No, no, no...
The only US politician involved with inventing is Al Gore with the internet. ;)

Ha! Now there's a conspiracy... of the media. As far as I am aware, Gore said that as a joke at a high-brow press party. Everybody seems to conveniently forget this when they repeat it. Perhaps some spritely journalist accidentally failed to put it in the proper context. ;)

(...that's right Thomas Jefferson never invented anything! well he was a freemason and we know all about those associated conspiracies 8) )

Well Reagan was called the "teflon" President--only goes to show that aliens make bad actors! :P

Coming from a self-confessed Raver-Alien-Squirrel (hope I got that right Turi ;) ), I'm not about to take it at face value.

There are no aliens; the whole abduction story is the biggest sham in history.

LOL!

No, the psychic worms on Jupiter told me this. Now, the medulla oblongata doesn't do that . . ;)

Shouldn't the current president be taking that title away any day now?

As a matter of fact, he's just received a Webby award for his pivotal role in the development of the internet:
Nine years ago, the Internet was still pretty much in its infancy. But a lot of people — both well-known names and unsung heroes — have helped shaped the Web to what it is today.

And at the ninth annual international Webby Awards in New York this week, one particular Net figure finally received his due: Former Vice President Al Gore.

Officials at the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences honored Gore with the Webby Lifetime Achievement award in recognition of his pivotal role in the development of the Internet over the last 30 years.

Gore had been skewered during the 2000 presidential campaign for his remarks that suggested he was the Net's creator. But Vinton Cerf, one of the scientists who helped craft the actual Internet architecture, acknowledged that Gore was responsible for crafting important legislation and lending needed political support for "the information superhighway."

The former vice president accepted the award from Cerf. But like other Webby winners, the usually talkative Gore had to limit his acceptance speech to five words or less.

Thus, remarked Gore, "Please don't recount this vote."
And what he originally said, was:
During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system.

You forgot Pie Goddess, Rabid Sock-Taming Pudding Addict, and the one in charge of the aliens' catering service. But, that's perfectly alright.

I do indeed believe that aliens have "taken control" of select members of Congress and the Supreme Court. Pretty soon, we'll all be falling back into the Aztec tradition of sacfifice to our leaders (who will eventually name themselves our gods) in order to avoid federal prison, which will be re-named Hades, due to the fact that after a year and a day, its occupants will be burned alive, no matter what their crime.

*needs a vacation... the pressures of back to school shopping are getting to her*

Oh, and the aliens rule WalMart too.

I know this is supposed to be a silly topic--but if you read enough Illuminati discourse and doctrine you can convince yourself that this is true.
Say! That was very silly! :D :P :P :P
