David Warner as Lord Foul

Does anyone else think David Warner would make a perfect Lord Foul? I replayed the computer game "Baldur's Gate 2" recently, where David Warner voices a villain called Irenicus. I think his voice has a perfect level of refined malevolence necessary to pull the job off, to make you really feel the contempt when he calls Covenant "Groveller!".
He may be a little old now for the scene at the end of TPTP when Foul is seen as a human, but I think with sufficient make-up and CG graphics, he could manage that as well; especially if you remember that when Foul is seen in that scene, it's in defeat (Ergo, him seeming old and frail wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing).

Opinions?

I respect David Warner highly as an actor. I agree, he could entertain us with a very wicked Lord Foul. :)

Warner is no stranger to the role of an evil entity. Remember him as the Evil Genius in Time Bandits? A review of the film at IMDB said: "Only David Warner can play the Devil himself with evil relish and yet manage to elicit some sympathy for that fallen angel."

That sounds like how I would want Lord Foul to be portrayed as well. :)

Any chance someone could post a link or picture of him?
I have no idea what he looks like.

He plays an awesome R'as Al Ghul in the Batman animated series as well.

And in STTNG, he was the Cardassian who tortured Picard (There are four lights!)
