I just thought i would share (no spoilers) that feast rocked! IT wasnt imo the best of the series.. thats asos... and you are left REALLY wanting more. but it was amazing. Ive waited 1/4th of my life for this book lol. And i'll say GRRM doesnt let us down. theres alot of interesting history in the novel.. and tons of plot twists, and surprises you wont see coming. I wont give any spoilers.. even blacked out.. til the official release date i think. I;ll just say it was awsoeme though.

My guess would be that he somehow got an ARC.

It was most gracious of him to not spoil us with its contents.

I will be waiting for November. Martin will be doing a book signing about ten miles from my house, and I am holding out for that.

It will be the one in Ann Arbor.
Dinner with Martin would be pretty cool, but unfortunately I am too shy to really enjoy something like that. Tried it at Elohimfest, and eating dinner near one of my favorite authors (in that case Donaldson) pretty much frightens me witless and silent.

Os,
Excellent news. Did you acquire an ARC through the bookstore you work at? It just so happens that the release date is a few days before my birthday, and last year the release date of
Runes was released at around the same time.

Two great fantasies on my birthday two years in a row.
