Since a tuxedo wasn't one of the choices...
I would go for comfort:
The black tee with blue jean shorts and sneakers.
(But not recommended for formal nor winter attire.)

Hmm...82 degrees?
Let's see...black T-shirt, any shorts, waders (with built-in boots), full-brim hat.
Accessorize with an abu-garcia rod/reel combo, tackle box, and a cooler, preferably a Coleman double insulated filled halfway with ice, and the rest with the beer of your choice.
Find the nearest river, lake, ocean, or brook, and enjoy a day of fishing.
Ahh! The only thing that could make it better would be a 12' bassmaster jon boat instead of the waders. To sleep....perchance to dream. :D

dANdeLION offers no fashion advice; but dANdeLION does think Substitute Lord Foul should quit referring to himself in the third person.....or, add a "The" to the beginning of his name when he does refer to himself in the third person; I.E. - "The Substitute Lord Foul thinks he will wear plaid courderoy slacks and matching vest (no shirt) on this fine, 82 degree day.
