Yup, had the internet re-hooked up last night.
I'm sorry I've been away, I missed all of you terribly...
I will be PMing some of you with updates, and I'll answer any questions anyone might have..
But First...(ahem) This Past winter fellow watcher Gart, was kind enough to send me acouple of books, which I greatly appriciated.
Shortly after I finished reading them, was when we had to dissconect our internet, and subsiquecially Kevin's Watch--without that reminder the books were filled on a bookshelf. One day in the summer, at my parents, I looged in to KW---and(Since Gart PM'd me) I remembered the books...feeling bad about having them so long, I UPS'd them the next week. For some reason, they sat in the ternial for a few weeks, after a nastly phone call, the were finally sent to the UK. The last I've heard, they tried a few times to deliver them, but at times when no one was home..they're now sitting in a UPS terminal in the UK, and I'm currently trying to get them to return them to me, so I can put them in the mail.
I feel absolutly awful about this.
I had not planned on being so sloppy about returning these books. Since the company I work for is the local agent for UPS, I figured this would be the quickest and safest way to return these books..it should have only taken two days!!--Just rest assured Gart, that though they are not in your possesion, they are not lost, and they are safe. I'll PM Gart the Tracking number--if you know where your local UPS depot is, they will give it to you, or redeliver it anywhere you want--and if there is stilla run-around..I'll Amazon you hard covers of the novels.
(Whew) now that that's taken care of...any questions...?
