I Know What You Did Last Summer
Killing Mr. Griffin
Locked In Time (Bannor/King Theo should like this one)
Ransom
Stranger With My Face
Summer Of Fear
They Never Came Home
The Third Eye
The Twisted Window
Who Killed My Daughter? (this is a true story. Read it.)

Sometimes I'm surprised that I don't much care for mysteries. I tried one by a Dutch writer, because I was told that Zen was a big part of his writing. But I couldn't get through it.

And I read and really liked one by Hillerman, because I'm into Native American stuff. But I haven't even read anything else by him.

Ah well, can't like everything, I guess.:)

I have never heard of Lois Duncan, but I recognize some of the titles as being movies. Is she a movie ghostwriter or what?

I read some mystery novels, and there are even some that are set in interesting fantasy universes. (Check out Lord Darcy Investigates, where the protagonist is an investigator for the king of England in an alternate universe where magic works.)

Did she write The Giver, or am I being delusional?

I dunno. I've only read like six of 'em. I don't think she did though.
