Sardonic mocking sneer of Achetype epic Fairy Tales and epic heroism mixed with a modern life tragic character . . .
It took awhile for me to really appreciate this about Stephen R. Donaldson's style . . . but now it is so absolutely clear as I am about the age of when Thomas Covenant is first introduced in the 1st Chronicles . . .
with numerous setbacks in my own life . . .
and with the whole Peter Jackson LOTR fluff gone over the top . . .
I have a new twist on this whole ongoing sega . . . because, it is ongoing . .. .
it's goes further than the Lord of the Rings Trilogy ever could . . .
no banging the prom elf queen Arwen and living happily ever after . . .
Something new happens.
