ISO: Figurine

My 12 year old, 7th grade son, Beorn, is making a staff/walking stick as his term art project. He really wants to top it off with a figurine, like some of the staves we see at the Renaissance Fayre. But...
He really wants a figurine of Tolkien's Beorn, preferably in the midst of shape shifting from man to bear. I've searched google and am coming up empty handed. I think he has until March to complete this. Does anyone have any resources I could contact?
