Who wants to name my puppy?!?!

I"m at a lost (that's significantly worse than a loss, folks) for a name for a puppy. I've had him several days. He's a solid black fat puppy w/ a moderate amount of wrinkles. So far I've got "Booger Bob" and that's it. A member of my household likes Raijin. If I can't find a more suitable name I'm sticking with Booger Bob. But I just haven't found the right name....and the first person who says Roger gets shot. So there.

Jake - from an episode of WKRP. What a great show!! "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly."
And another great moment, when an old hobo is hitting on Lonnie Anderson:
"You know, I'm not as old as I look."
"Oh? Are you any richer than you look?"
But I digress...
How about naming him after a direwolf?
Or Hassan, that guy guarding the cave of treasures that Bugs and Daffy popped up into.

If he is fat and has some wrinkles why not name him Roly - as in Roly Poly.

Excellent names, all! I would have gone w/Nom but I have a kitten named that...all three from this litter, named after rappers in some form, Snoop Nommy Nom, Marshall, and Elliot....
Snoid! That's great! I can just see myself outside on the porch and 4 in the morning some day, yelling, "Snoid! Here, Snoid!" My mom always wants to name my dogs Jesus, but I refuse to be actively offensive...I reaallllly don't want to be standing in my yard yelling Jesus...people who do that get locked up. A lady at a store asked what his name was, I said he dint have one, she said, "I know! You could name him Nigger!"
Yep. Arkansas is backwards, alright. She SAID that.
And my mom also suggested Hagrid, so I can't go with that because she suggested it.

How about Brinn?
I actually used to have a gerbil named Min, after Min Donner. Why I thought the iron lady's name would be a good one for a gerbil is beyond me, but she fell awkwardly in her cage one day and broke her neck.

i've a penchant for Montgomery - Monty! .. you know Montgomery Python Motngomery Burns .. Field Marshall Bernard Montgomery ~ its such a great name ..

.. lets give it a field test
Here Monty! Here Monty!! heal Monty! Sit Monty!
Rap Monty! Grovel Monty!
but when you call him .. you'd haff to use either a toff english accent or call him psychically (sp?) on that frequency only dogs can hear!

I dunno if you're ok wiv dat!!
other suggestions would be~ chumpy lumpy chick pea and butter-ball

jk
Chester is good for a fat wrinkley dog ..

rofl!!
the fact that
your mum wants you to call him Jesus is way funnier than actually calling a dog that! .. yeah I guess not calling him that is a good plan. it'd be the plan i'd go with too

but you know Jesus is a common name .. in some countries.

Ugh!! There`s is a Monty that lives across the road , a Cocker Spaniel, very friendly dog but he poops all over the street. Not just little doggie poops either, GREAT BIG ENORMOUS POOPS. Everyday I have to scrap yukky stuck-on dog poop from the wheel of my car - well I don`t, the poop scooper does. I have been forever scarred by that dog.

I say choose a Haruchai name and call him that. What better companion than a Haruchai or Bloodguard. Who wouldn't want Brinn, Ceer, Cail, Bannor, or Tuvor by their side when the going gets tough! Plus Haruchai are known for their love of squeeky chew toys!

Boy this is just getting hilarious: Haruchai w/squeaky toys, GREAT BIG ENORMOUS POOPS, giving my dog the command to rap while speaking with an English accent...I'm enjoying the smoosh out of this!

No, no. You've made a small but significant error there. A puppy singular is cute, but puppies plural are evil. I've raised about six or seven litters in my time and, believe me, they attack in swarms.

Not when they go for the eyes, and then you wake up--and it's a dream, and you're all sweaty. *Cries*
