The Photography thread - with pictures.

Post by The Leper Fairy »

Everyone talking about their photos in the other thread got me really interested to see them, so post them here!! :D

Here's one to get started...

It's of the Crazy Mountains here in Montana, near Bozeman, if that means anything to anyone.

Yeah, I didn't take it, my mom did, but I deserve some credit because I told her to. 8)

Image

Edit: Sorry for the hugeness... I couldn't get it smaller and I tried everything.
Edit2: Pah, it's fine now. Silly thing.

and here's one I took in East Glacier... it's of Two Medicine Lake. Didn't really take any skill on my part... everything is so pretty there it's hard to take a bad picture.

Claire, I'm considering a trip out to Montana this year. Can you help with some locations of things to see there? I guess we'll be hanging out on 90 & 15 & 2, so that's Rockies, Yellowstone, Glacier. But I'm certain that there is much more offered just off those highways. Nice pics :)

Here is my pool table, taken by me. :) It isn't very good (the picture, not the table (:P)), but it is the extent of my 1337 5|<!77z.

These are Dervorin's pictures, and I think they are quite good. When he finds out I posted the link, I think he will kill me!

Here is a gravestone in a vast cemetery (I took the photo):

nice pics everyone. though lore seems slightly morbid to me now. what were you doing wondering round a cemetery. is it more sophisticated than taking pictures? :D
It'd take you a long time to blow up or shoot all the sheep in this country, but one diseased banana...could kill 'em all.

I didn't even know sheep ate bananas.

Those are awesome pictures, Claire! 8O

My file uploader is being snarky, but here's a pic of one of my cats.

I mainly take photos of nature - landscapes, that sort of thing. I went for a walk through the cemetary one afternoon and though that the gravestone was beautiful.

Most of the pics there are from Virginia Beach, and I took them. I love the sunrise ones.... the others not of the beach or ocean, simply ignore.
Cute and deadly, still deadly.

A robin I took yesterday. I love the fact that the English robins are so friendly and tame; this one was about 10 feet away from me when I took this.
