Just got Deus Ex in the mail. Installed it. Everything seemed great...

except...

Everything in the game moves really really fast. Cutscenes shift before audio can finish. I'm told this has to do with my FPS rate and that I need to lower it. So, how exactly do I go about lowering my FPS rate?

In case it's important, I have an ATI mobility radeon x300

did you install the patch?

problem is sovled, for all intents and purposes. Just need a little tweaking and the game runs fine.
