I used to have a bad problem, but I loosened up my cookie controls, and that seemed to take care of it...
I have Windows XP and I always have Norton anti-virus and stuff like that running, but doesn't seem to hurt anything.
I did notice last night that when I was in the chatroom here, both people I was talking to kept getting kicked out somehow? Not sure what was going on?

Go to the shop, click on Your Inventory, then click on the Scratch Card icon and then all will be revealed :)
