I watched this Woody Allen film on DVD today. I'm not a fan of Allen's by any means, but this movie is actually pretty good. Don't expect alot of action or witty dialogue. In fact, at times the movie moves along rather slowly. However, it's a good story, and the ending is worth the wait. And, if you're like me (i.e., male) - it has the lovely Scarlet Johanssen.
Anyone else seen this flick?

No, but I just saw The Island, and I'm 1,000% with you on Scarlett.

She's beyond hot everywhere, DLB. But, if you care to expound on your point, I'm mostly ears.

There are no words - see the movie!
She does turn into heinous, psycho bitch at one point, though.

Saw this one last night. It was long, but didn't seem to drag. It's definitely not your typical Woody Allen film. It's a serious thriller and the end threw me for a loop.
I loved how Chris Wilton nervously fumbled with the shot gun before shooting the old lady. I don't know why, but when he slumped down against the wall after killing her, I was convinced that he'd be branded with eternal guilt for this crime. I thought that whole scene was well done.

It was a great movie...
I loved how the ball and the net versus the ring and the railing served as a metaphor for fate & i loved the fact that his love for his status and fear of confrontation made the choice of murder EASIER than dealing with his wife.

I considered watching it because it has Jonathan Rhys Meyers in it, and he was great in Gormenghast.

Sadly, if I watch it I'll have to endure Scarlett again.

What do you have against Scarlet?

The only thing I've seen her in is Lost In Translation; now anything associated with it sends me into spasms of horror. Even Bill Murray barely survived with his watchability intact.
