Heh. Thanks to Tom, I finally have the Anthology online at Lulu.

Also, Tom, I'm not 100% sure if I did everything right, but I think I did. I had to play around with the spine options, too.

Please, let me know if you see anything that's wrong, so I can fix it.

Looks good Jay. I had to do the same thing with the spine apparently there is no way to upload a spine but I managed to pick colors that matched the existing cover. Wahoo! Its now official at last.
