Anyone else here into gospel, blues, or jazz music? I listen to a bit of all three, but especially love vocal jazz-- especially such "masters" as Holliday, Washington, and Fitzgerald.

I'm not much into gospel at all, seldom into blues, but I really enjoy finding a good jazz station on the radio and relaxing. The older the better.

I'm not really into Gospel or Blues, but I do like jazz. Stating that, I don't own a lot of jazz, I'll listen to it once in a while on the car radio. I have some Miles Davis, and Louis Armstrong, but little else. I have to get around to picking up some.

If George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord" counts as gospel, heh . . . AND IT DOES.

Driving on a winding road through the woods in the spring with your windows down and soft jazz playing on the radio is a great pleasure in life.

Oh Duchess, you are so right. I often have it on my radio while I drive to pick up myson from work late at night.......about 30 miles one way.....
the jazz station, when it's soft and sweet, or the statoin that plays the 40's and big band stuff.
late night they play some really good ones.

P S My family and I used to sing countrygospel for years. Had some good friends who did and still do. I have to be in the mood for it now. It can depress me deeply or lift me up. just depends.
lots of sadness and loss related to it.....so
i stick mostly to feel good music, what ever it may be on any given day.
