I believe there is a topic on Runes audiobooks in the Last Chronicles/Runes forum--I know of a few members who have enjoyed listening to them. Welcome larrym9!

According to the GI, I think SRD said there are no versions of the earlier books on audio book. Someone submitted info to the GI about recordings available through the Library of Congress for the Books for the Blind program, but those are available only to qualified listeners.

Folks can download "Runes of the Earth" from audible.com
It has both the abridged and unabridged versions and there are samples of each to listen to
here online.
(NB. the actual downloads are supplied in apple's format and you'll need a player, such as an ipod, that will play that format for the audio books themselves)

On certain peer to peer programs you can find Lord Foul's Bane, The Illearth War and The White Gold Wielder for download in Unabridged audio format. The third, fourth and fifth book of the series are currently unavailable through this source.
