Has SRD ever discussed how he developed his writing style?
This guy has a superb grasp of sentence structure, pacing, diction, etc. I was wondering what specific grammar books or whatnot has influenced him.

Just how old is Foamfollower?
Foamfollower tells Covenant (during their journey to Revelstone) that "I was born on shipboard during the short voyage which saved us from the Desecration". Which, of course, was at least 1000 years prior to his saying this.
