Here's mine: www.myspace.com/pageleafer (When I left in the http part the page didn't come up.) I joined myspace because my son did. I wanted to check it out. I was not comfortable with it at first either, but it's not that much more personal than aol. It's good for people that just want to make new...

I have to agree with the above that I am not too into Slipknot, though my son and his friends like a lot of their stuff. I am definitely going to check out Somberlain's list. I didn't see Trivium listed. I love them. I also like 36 Crazy Fists, Disturbed, Metallica, Shadows Fall, Anthrax, Opiate for...

Just wanted to say hi! to all. I just found this thread. I already got a warm welcome from Avatar in another thread. (Thank you again.) I still haven't found time to check the whole of Kevin's Watch, but I'm working on it. I found Kevin's watch when I was looking for movie info on TC. The subject ca...

Gart was definitely my favorite character from these books. Gart was all that was mentioned before; power; a weapon. I think he had more going for him though. I don't think he was a slave. I think he was very honorable and loyal. I don't think it would have occured to him to betray Festen or Cadwal....

Thank you for the welcome Avatar. I really didn't like Starship Troopers much either, but I'm very picky. I didn't see Nigfhtfall. Sorry Rincewond. I meant the first movie they made, not the mini-series. I hope that was done better. (I didn't see it). I read the books and I liked them, but that mov...

Hi all, I am new here. Just wanted to put in my two cents about a movie possibility. I also think it won't be that good, but I would see it anyway. Just out of curiosity. Not all books translated from print to the big screen are bad.....just most of them. I thought Dune was the worst, but LOTR wasn...
