hmmmmm.....Kevin's Dirt. Linden can 'see' it when on the watch and above it, but can not 'see' it when below the Dirt where her health sight is gone. Kevin's Dirt seems to be not only something that prevents health sense but is itself some sort of wrong done to the Land much like the Sunbane. But wh...

On this point a possible explanation could be that since she had the Staff of Law, that helped guide her to control the white gold. Now, without the Staff her control could be lessened.tonyz wrote:Pretty much mine as well -- she was using Staff and ring together with no problems when she healed the Sunbane.

Wow, that's alot compacted into only a few pages. The blending or smearing of identities has got me intrigued. Along with the possible blending of realities. You all come up with incredibly interesting angles which in turn start prompting my own messed up visions and ideas :) . So the question is: w...

Thanks for the welcome :) What induced her state I am unsure. Was it the events as described by Lytton coupled with her own culpability in the events? Maybe. But her current state seems clearly influenced by Foul or a raver or in some way such as happened to the Community of Retribution and to Joan ...

hmmmm....interesting thoughts on the givng/taking and Haven Farm and TC's ring. The 'I had to wait until I was 21' question is really an odd one. I'll propose another idea--He(Foul and/or Roger(raver or not)) had to wait for events in the Land to reach a certain point before making his move in the r...

I can certainly see the cruel treatment that Lytton inflicts upon Joan pushing someone over the edge, as many above pointed out much better than I could. The issue that may be tugging at people that perhaps more happened, and that somehow Lytton was involved, is perhaps the issue that Joan is not si...

he began to disassemble Mount Thunder, arranging the Legos in compact rows in their carton as he removed them. Could this mean he is going to play a part in the dissolution of the land? Will he become a world builder? Has he been taken over by the beggar? This struck me as I have always felt that i...
